This side chain option allows you to make the compressor only react to the low end of the kick drum without the higher frequencies. This leads to cleaner mixes without sacrificing punch. This side-chain filter is also helpful for dense mixes because it prevents over-compression.
5. Dual Mode in H-Delay:
The H delay plugin now has dual mode, which increases its flexibility. This feature allows users to set different delay times for the left and right channels to create the stereo effect, adding a sense of a 3D field to the sound.
The user can select specific delay times for the left and right channels to create complex stereo effects, which add depth and uniqueness to the sound.
This dual mode also has a ping-pong mode, where the delayed signal alternates between the left and right channels to create a lively, bouncing sensation in the mix. This makes it ideal for rhythmic elements such as drums or synth lines. Users can also design special echoes with this feature.
